Loop 1604 Environmental
Impact Statement
Loop 1604, from US 90 West to IH 35 N
continues to see growth, development, and increased
traffic congestion.
The Alamo RMA has taken the lead in preparing an
Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), for this area
and will, over the next three years, be working
closely with the community to prepare the most
comprehensive analysis ever conducted on the Loop
1604 corridor.
The Alamo RMA has entered into a contract with
Michael Baker Jr, Inc. to lead the EIS study and is
estimating all necessary study work to be complete
by mid-2012.
