Ms. Carrie Conner

Alamo Regional Mobility
Authority
Ms. Carrie Conner serves as Comptroller of the Alamo
Regional Mobility Authority, the local entity
responsible for improving mobility by accelerating
needed transportation projects to deliver congestion
relief and enhance the economic vitality of the
region.
Ms. Conner has provided consulting services to
private sector employers in San Antonio. Previously,
Ms. Conner held management roles as Vice President
of Finance for Kinetic Ventures and Internal Auditor
for Electronic Data Systems, both in Washington DC.
Ms. Conner’s volunteer service includes the Bexar
County Medical Society and Alliance, where she
serves as Treasurer. She is also an active member in
the San Antonio CPA Society.
Ms. Conner holds a BBA from the University of
Texas at Austin and an MBA from Syracuse University.
