Mr. Reynaldo L. Diaz Jr.

A native of Mission, Texas, Mr. Reynaldo L. Diaz, Jr. currently serves as the Secretary/ Treasurer for the Alamo RMA Board of Directors.

Mr. Diaz graduated from Pan American University (B.S.C.J., 1983) and the University of Houston (J.D., 1986), and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1987.

Mr. Diaz served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Reynaldo G. Garza, the first federal judicial appointee during the Kennedy Administration, and the first Mexican-American Federal Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, from 1987 to 1988.

He began his practice of law with an emphasis in personal injury trial law in 1988.

Mr. Diaz has handled cases in most areas of Personal Injury, Auto Liability, Product Liability, Nursing Home Liability, Premise Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance & Civil Trial Law.

Mr. Diaz is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Western Districts of Texas and all State Courts of Texas.

Mr. Diaz is a current member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee-San Antonio Region, and a former member of the Ethics Review Board for the City of San Antonio, having served from 2002-2004.

A member of the State Bar of Texas, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Hidalgo County Bar Association, the Webb County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Diaz is married to Veronica and has three sons Andres, Reynaldo III, and Nicolas.

Mr. Diaz sits on the Alamo RMA Executive Committee and is a member of the Alamo RMA Planning Committee.
