Ms. Adelman previously served as legal counsel for Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. where she acted principally as bond counsel as well as underwriters counsel for local government financing transactions. Within Ms. Adelman’s nine year tenure at Fulbright & Jaworski she handled tax exempt financing transactions including: ad valorem tax financings, tax increment financings, utility revenue financings, variable rate financings, interest rate swap and forward purchase agreements, lease financings, and private placements.
Ms. Adelman has worked with the Texas Attorney General’s Office, where she served as Assistant Attorney General for Public Finance and worked at the Texas Water Development Board as legal counsel.
Ms. Adelman holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and is a graduate of St. Mary’s University, School of Law.
