Ms. M. Cristina Rodriguez

Maria Cristina Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Texas Nursing School, San Antonio, Texas. She is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Schnitzler Cardiovascular Consultants.

In 2000, Ms. Rodriguez expanded high quality medical care beyond the heart and created the now successful San Antonio Wellness Program. The San Antonio Wellness Program is an international program with a vast majority of patients coming from Mexico and South America, that employees the knowledge and experience to formulate the most complete method of diagnostic assessment and to provide excellent care for those seeking preventive medicine.

Local elected officials, heads of state, corporate magnets, and the CEOs of several Mexican and South American Companies regard the San Antonio Wellness Program as "exceptional.”

Ms. Rodriguez is presently the medical liaison for the Mayor's Steering Committee and a Board Member for the American Heart Association.

Ms. Rodriguez has been honored with numerous prestigious awards such as the San Antonio Women's Hall of Fame (2000), Profiles in Leadership (1993), Leadership Texas-Outstanding Accomplished Award (1997), Who's Who in American Nursing Women (1991), and the San Antonio Business Journal-Women's Volunteer Leadership Award (2002).

Ms. Rodriguez currently serves as Vice Chair of the Alamo RMA Board of Directors and sits on both the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee.
