Ms. Joelle Sierra

Ms. Joelle M. Sierra serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Alamo Regional Mobility Authority, the local entity responsible for improving mobility by accelerating needed transportation projects to deliver congestion relief and enhance the economic vitality of the region.

In this role, Ms. Sierra provides high-level support for the day-to-day operations of the Alamo Regional Mobility Authority and assists on a number of special projects relating to the ongoing development of the tolled lane system within Bexar County. Ms. Sierra also serves as recording Secretary for the Alamo RMA Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the Alamo RMA, Ms. Sierra worked in the private sector in a number of managerial roles, and brings a wide range of experience to the Alamo RMA as the Administrative Assistant.

Ms. Sierra is currently working on a dual degree in Spanish and Business.
